About Me

Namaste, my name is Supriya Bhat and I live in the Bay Area, California. I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner from the Kerala Ayurveda Academy, Milpitas, California, USA and a certified 200 hour Sri Sri Yoga Instructor from the Sri Sri School of Yoga. My passion continues into formulating Natural Ayurvedic body care products. I have also been a Software Engineer for many years, with a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.

As a child, my parents always resorted to Ayurvedic medicines for any ailments I had and it healed me well without any side effects. I also learned Yoga as a child when we were taught Yoga in school, and my life took a turn for the better since then. My passion for natural, holistic living in alignment with nature has led me to this path of healing through Ayurveda and Yoga. I also enjoy Gardening, Cooking, Meditation, Satsangs and chanting. The Art of Living has been a big part of my life for over 20 years. I hope you will join me in this journey !
