Ayurveda Consultation Prakriti Sattva LLC's goal is to help you understand and adopt a natural and holistic life on the basis of the ancient Indian healing sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga.  The Ayurvedic Practitioners of Prakriti Sattva LLC can educate and guide on the Ayurvedic lifestyle and Yoga practices. Initial Consultation The journey begins with a deep-dive assessment to identify your unique Prakriti (natural constitution) and current Vikriti (state of imbalance).   Constitutional Assessment: A detailed evaluation of your physical and mental tendencies, including an "Eightfold Exam" which consists but not limited to your tongue,  skin and pulse.   Holistic Intake: Analysis of your digestive health (Agni), sleep patterns, energy cycles, and current stress levels.   Initial Protocol: You will receive a foundational wellness plan involving essential dietary shifts, daily routine (Dinacharya) adjustments and herbal protocol.   Follow-up Ayurvedic Consultation A brief follow up on the Ayurvedic protocol suggestions that were tailored to you - how it helped and what changes can be made to the protocol as a next step in the Ayurvedic journey. Progress Review: We evaluate how your body is responding to the initial shifts in diet and routine.   Herbal Strategy: Based on your progress, we may introduce specific Ayurvedic herbal formulations to further support your goals.   Refinement: We troubleshoot any challenges you’ve encountered to ensure your new rituals are sustainable.   The Foundation of Balance - 3 Session Package Session 1: Initial Wellness Consultation (60 Minutes) The journey begins with a deep-dive assessment to identify your unique Prakriti (natural constitution) and current Vikriti (state of imbalance).   Session 2: Integration Follow-up (30 Minutes) Scheduled  6-8 weeks after the initial consultation. Session 3: Sustainable Harmony Follow-up (30 Minutes) Scheduled 4-8 weeks after the second session.

This is the best balm to go for , It is a perfect blend of ayurvedic herbs, oils and wax. The fragrance is heavenly. The packaging is intact. I would recommend Prakriti Sattva's balm. It also makes great gifts to family and friends.
