Recipe: Ayurvedic Golden Turmeric Milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric

  • cloves - pinch, added after removing from heat, along with honey

  • Use fresh ginger powder which has not been on the shelf for too long.
  • Grate your own dry ginger powder for the best flavor.
  • Add a pinch of black pepper to help the body absorb the turmeric.
  • Sweeten to taste with honey, coconut sugar, maple syrup, or another natural sweetener of your choice.
  • Enjoy your golden milk warm.
